Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return. An exchange or online store credit will be granted within 30 days of purchase.
Returned merchandise should be sent to the Baccarat Customer Service Return Center in Edison, NJ (see address below), presented in unused/saleable condition in original packaging and accompanied with a receipt. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
Online store credit will be valid for 36 months from date of credit receipt.

Store Purchases
Any merchandise purchased in store should be returned for a store credit at the store where it was purchased. Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return.
Gift certificates
Gift certificate recipients will be issued a Gift Certificate Code that is only redeemable for merchandise at Baccarat.com and cannot be redeemed at any store location, cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
