Yes, and we recommend using gentle dishwashing tablets.


 

I have a Baccarat crystal item and I would like to know how much it’s worth. What can I do?

Our customer service or one of our boutiques can tell you the value if it is currently available in our U.S. stores or online. If you don’t know the name or reference, you can search for your piece in the website's catalogue or visit one of our points of sale.


 

I chipped a glass from my Baccarat glassware set. Is it possible to have it repaired?

Baccarat does not offer a repair service. However, by contacting a Baccarat retailer, a sales advisor may have information on independent companies that offer repair services


 

I received a Baccarat piece that I would like to exchange. How can I do this?

To exchange your item, you can visit a Baccarat boutique with the product and packaging. Both should be intact.


 

How to redeem my Baccarat E-gift certificate?

E-Gift Certificates purchased on Baccarat.com or us.Baccarat.com may only be redeemed online and cannot be redeemed in our Baccarat retail and other authorized retailers. 
 
To redeem your electronic gift certificate: 
 
1) Register or sign into your account. This is necessary in order to activate and validate your e-Gift Certificate and ensure its authenticity.
2) Select the items you wish to purchase on Baccarat.com.
3) Proceed to checkout, following the step-by-step instructions.  
4) When you reach the Billing Page during checkout, please enter your e-Gift Certificate number in the box indicated and click on “Apply”.
5) Your e-Gift Certificate balance will automatically be applied to your purchase. If your order total exceeds your balance, you will be asked for a valid credit card.
6) Click "Submit Order" as the final step in the checkout process.
 
• If the amount of your e-Gift Certificate (s) does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card.
 
• For purchases, you can pay with a valid credit card plus an e-Gift Certificate (s) and a promotional code, if applicable.
 
• You may apply more than one gift certificate to your order, but you must apply them one at a time. If there is a balance remaining on your order, you will be able to add another certificate after you click “Apply”. 
 
• E-Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash (except where required by state law).
 
• Baccarat is not responsible for and cannot replace lost or stolen e-Gift Certificates.
 
• The total value of the e-Gift Certificate will be applied against the total order amount, including sales tax and shipping charges.
 
When you click on our Gifts section, you see your available e-Gift Certificate funds and balance. You just have to enter your e-Gift Certificate number in the box indicated and click “Check Balance”. Your certificates gift do not expire . You can use your e-Gift certificate balance to order any item on Baccarat.com. Note: We cannot guarantee product prices and availability. I would like to have a gift delivered abroad, how is it possible ?

Baccarat currently owns five e-commerce websites for France (www.baccarat.fr),Italy (www.baccarat.it), Germany (www.baccarat.de), the United Kingdom (uk.baccarat.com), and the United States of America (us.baccarat.com).
It is only possible for you to place an order on any of the websites listed above if, and only if, the delivery address is located on the territory of the online shop’s country. If the shipping address doesn’t match the geographical requirements, your order will be rejected automatically.
As an example, if your current address is in the US, and you wish to have a gift delivered in France, you may order it on www.baccarat.fr. The currency for your payment will be Euros, your billing address will be in the US and your shipping address will have to be in France.
