Marie Coquine is a cheeky and innovative reinterpretation of Baccarat’s classic Zenith chandelier. Philippe Starck has assembled a very peculiar inventory, as singular in scale as in concept. The components include the Clear crystal 12-light Zénith chandelier, 12 incandescent bulbs, 12 white Zenith lampshades, Baccarat’s signature red octagonal crystal, and an ivory canvas umbrella with a chestnut wood handle, signed by Baccarat and Starck upon the metallic band. Boasting an unforgettable visual impact, the surrealist and poetic chandelier showcases the iconoclastic Philippe Starck’s uninhibited humor and originality.
