Server Responsibilities and Competencies
 
  • Customer Service - Properly greet guests in a friendly and attentive manner
  • Curiosity - Ability to learn menu, explain ingredients, preparation, and available substitutions when asked
  • Communications - Offer recommendations upon request
  • Attention to Detail - Process food and beverage order via POS system, prepare table setting; linens, silverware and drinkware
  • Team Player - Clean tables and dining area

Food Preparer Responsibilities and Competencies
 
  • Creativity - Prepare meals, plate food for presentation
  • Compliance & Safety - Maintain compliance with applicable health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes
  • Organizational Skills - Stock food and ensure proper food storage and temperature
  • Attention to Detail - Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen, Operate, clean and maintain equipment
