IT System Analyst
The Analyst’s role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the changing business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. 

Location: Edison, NJ

Hours/Shift: 9:00am – 5:30pm
 

Responsibilities and Competencies:

• AS400 programming - Create accurate reports using RPG programming or third-party reporting applications.  
• Work with ERP vendor to implement new system functionality. 
• Knowledge of EDI methods and procedures - troubleshoot, maintain/create EDI documents and resolve EDI transactions with VAN and partners.

Warehouse Team Member
We are looking for individuals with attention to detail, committed to teamwork. Training provided.

Location: Edison, NJ

Hours/Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm
*Additional hours may be required during the Holiday season*

Responsibilities and Competencies:

• Quality Control - Review orders and work with management to ensure orders are processed, documented, and shipped correctly
• Detail Oriented - Assist with receiving, returns, picking/packing items, and inventory counts
• Accountable - General upkeep and maintenance of the warehouse, equipment, and supplies
• Team Player – Assist other team members as needed

Customer Service Representatives

Location: Edison, NJ

 

Hours/Shift: 9:00am to 5:00pm; 11:00am to 7:00pm

 

Responsibilities and Competencies:

• Excellent Communications - Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail and telephone
• Problem Solving - Handle all web orders to ensure product availability, process returns and issue credits
• Attention to Detail - Review Purchase Order items pricing against internal price list
• Computer/System Knowledge - Enter all Purchase Orders, knowledge of VAI and EDI preferred
• Collaboration - Work with logistics and warehouse for shipment and product inquiries
