General Manager

We are looking for a dynamic leader with proven success in leading a luxury retail team to join our Baccarat family as a General Manager in our Retail Boutique at the Forum shops in Las Vegas, NV.

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Responsibilities and Competencies:

• Proven experience in successfully running all aspects of the business including driving sales personally and through an experienced team of sales professional; 
• Providing an elevated customer experience; 
• Work cross functionally with our marketing team; 
• Ability to manage complex operational processes of the boutique and engage with our corporate office team.
